Delivery times vary depending on the destination. We strive to meet estimated delivery times, but we cannot guarantee delivery on a specific date.

Returns and Refunds:

Returns are accepted within 15 days of receiving the order.
Documentaries must be returned in their original, unopened condition to be eligible for a refund.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases of manufacturing defects or non-compliance with the order.
